We are based in Willenhall. If your site is outside these areas, call us and we will tell you honestly whether we can cover it well.
Yes. Every officer on every deployment holds an individual SIA licence and is screened to BS 7858, the British Standard for security vetting, covering employment history, references and background checks.
There is no fixed rate card. Every quote is built around your site, hours and risks, and it is fully open-book so you see exactly what you are paying for. Be wary of very low quotes: a compliant officer costs more than many quotes suggest once fair pay, vetting, insurance and proper management are included.
Under TUPE, officers who work mainly on your site usually transfer to the new provider on their existing terms. Most clients come to us because of poor standards, and in our experience transferred officers often perform noticeably better under hands-on, visible and supportive management. We manage the whole TUPE process with your outgoing provider.

All our officers are individually SIA licensed and we operate to a full quality-managed standard. We are working towards SIA Approved Contractor Scheme accreditation, planned for 2027.
